How to Submit a Property to CRE360

If you are a licensed real estate broker or agent and have a qualifying property, we invite you to submit your deal for review.

Step 1: Review Our Criteria – Ensure your property meets the acquisition requirements listed above.


Step 2: Submit Your Deal – Send your property details through our online submission form or email us at Deals@CRE360.net


Step 3: Due Diligence Review – Our investment team will conduct a preliminary review and respond within 3-5 business days.

What Happens After Submission?

Your deal will be reviewed by our acquisitions team.


If the deal aligns with our acquisition strategy, we will schedule a call to discuss the next steps.


If the deal is not a fit, we will provide feedback and keep you updated on future opportunities. for all properties purchased through CRE360 facilitation will be under eXp Commercial (Buyer Agent) by Licensee Omid Shahbazian.
