  • 506(b) – Available only to pre-existing investor relationships, does not allow public solicitation, and permits up to 35 non-accredited investors who meet sophistication requirements.

  • 506(c) – Allows public marketing of investment opportunities but requires all investors to be verified as accredited before participation.

Syndication offerings are supported with comprehensive legal documentation, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), subscription agreements, and disclosures required under applicable securities laws.

Investor confidentiality is a cornerstone of CRE360’s operations. Developers and brokers do not have direct access to investor identities or contact information unless legally required or explicitly agreed upon as part of an active deal. CRE360 LLC operates strictly within federal and state securities laws, ensuring compliance, transparency, and investor protection.

For direct acquisitions, brokerage services are provided exclusively through eXp Commercial, a division of eXp World Holdings, Inc., which is licensed in all U.S. states and internationally.
