This statement was last updated on 1/10/2025

CRE360 is committed to ensuring accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant accessibility standards. Our mission is to provide an inclusive digital experience for everyone, enabling equitable access to commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Accessibility Features

CRE360 has implemented the following measures in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

  1. The platform is fully compatible with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

  2. All interactive elements, such as forms and menus, are fully navigable via keyboard.

  3. Adjustable text size, high contrast mode, and flexible color schemes enhance readability for users with visual impairments.

  4. Alternative text descriptions for all images and visual media.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

While we strive to meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, we recognize that certain areas may require improvement. We are actively working to enhance accessibility across the platform, with periodic audits and updates to maintain and improve compliance.

Any third-party integrations or linked content may not fully adhere to our accessibility standards. We encourage users to notify us of any difficulties they experience with such content.

As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility, we plan to implement regular training for our team, accessibility testing during development phases, and partnerships with experts to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
